To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間雲桂香唔會再去

俾過3次機會，以後唔會再俾。食物質素真係麻麻，我未試過去米線餐廳會食唔曬碗米線。唔明點解佢同其他雲桂香（例如尖沙咀、銅鑼灣）會差別咁大。今次食個魚湯米線不止冇魚米咁好食，條魚煎得唔脆又難夾開，湯底不但冇得加辣又勁重姜味（店員亦冇事前話會有姜絲），成碗野又收我$65，真係勁唔扺！所以整體我只俾2/5分。另外！我朋友想去廁所時見到有隻疑似老鼠嘅物體好快經過，嚇到佢連廁所都唔敢去，而個阿姐竟然視而不見，單憑呢一點我已有足夠理由強烈質疑佢食物衛生水平欠佳！
