To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳啲廚房員工係咪發緊夢？

本人喺東涌返工，因為附近冇乜嘢食，所以經常會食呢間意樂，上個禮拜嗌咗個公仔麵下午茶餐，入邊條腸好明顯係俾人咬咗一啖，同個侍應反應，佢就直接拿支叉插落條腸度拎去廚房換，正常唔應該成個餐同我出個新嘅？ 小弟我曾經都做過廚房，出餐時都會望一望個餐同確保衛生啦。 不過最尾都冇追究直到尋日又去食多次，呢次嗌咗個豬扒包，舊豬扒同圖片上嚴重不符 仲細個m記豬柳蛋漢堡入邊舊豬柳，都仲算啦，份薯條仲要有隻炸到燶晒嘅小強，你哋啲廚房員工係咪盲㗎？ 真係嬲到爆。 同個侍應反應 佢直接成個拎去換，我連影相都影唔切。 我食過好多間意樂分店，都冇呢間咁垃圾，係咪因為喺偏遠地區所以啲食物質素，員工質素都亂咁來？
