To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我好鐘意食譚仔米線, 初初見佢係黃埔開不知幾開心, 耐何食左2,3次, 呢間D質素真係強差人意。我食米線鐘意酸辣底, 個種酸係應該由酸菜出黎個種酸, 但呢間譚仔三哥個隻酸, 係落左好多白醋個隻酸, 隻味好夾硬黎。譚仔不論三哥唔三哥, D腐皮都唔係靚貨架喇, 但唔係靚貨之中, 都滾熟D滾林D, 等人咬到吖, 呢度D腐皮"UN"到硬膠紙咁。杯檸茶淡過鬼, 完全冇茶味!
