昔逢週年紀念 真係要食餐好攪攪佢咁岩早剪有朋友話食過帝景軒唔差所以小編決定去試下佢個海鮮wine pairing 套餐咁唔使多講啦帝景軒個環境係OK嘅可以望到青馬大橋同汀九橋係一個咁靚嘅環境底下食嘢其實已經好浪漫點左個2人餐with wine 大約$1300/1人左右(唔要wine大約$1000/1人左右)頭盤:香檳元貝黑魚子醬- 用香檳去煮元貝再撞黑魚子醬係一個好新鮮既配搭,因為好小有餐廳會咁樣撞法!食落口,味道一流兩煮配搭得好好,唔會話香檳味蓋過魚子醬味或者魚子醬嘅味蓋過香檳味黑椒吞拿魚配芒果沙沙醬Wine pair: hillsview Chardonnay, 2013, south Australia - 我本身係一個好鍾意食吞拿魚嘅人嚟,見到有黑椒吞拿魚已經急不及待要試!食落口好有驚喜,用黑椒去整吞拿魚食落口係有少少鹹,但係配返芒果莎莎醬,成個味即刻出哂黎,唔會話好鹹,反而仲係吞拿魚到食到果香,一流一流!海鹽焗原條鱸魚Wine pair: Castello Banfi Chianti Classico, 2012, Italy)- 最後到主菜,焗原條鱸魚我其實有小小覺得會唔

- 用香檳去煮元貝再撞黑魚子醬係一個好新鮮既配搭,因為好小有餐廳會咁樣撞法!食落口,味道一流兩煮配搭得好好,唔會話香檳味蓋過魚子醬味或者魚子醬嘅味蓋過香檳味
黑椒吞拿魚配芒果沙沙醬

- 我本身係一個好鍾意食吞拿魚嘅人嚟,見到有黑椒吞拿魚已經急不及待要試!食落口好有驚喜,用黑椒去整吞拿魚食落口係有少少鹹,但係配返芒果莎莎醬,成個味即刻出哂黎,唔會話好鹹,反而仲係吞拿魚到食到果香,一流一流!
海鹽焗原條鱸魚
Wine pair: Castello Banfi Chianti Classico, 2012, Italy)
- 最後到主菜,焗原條鱸魚我其實有小小覺得會唔夠飽,點知服務員拎條魚出黎,真係嚇到我心都離一離,因為條魚攞出黎真係足一條咁大,而且仲要係好重手下!服務員先幫我地成條魚切開一半,然後再上菜,條魚既魚身係用鹽包住去煮,我問大廚點解,佢話因為可以無左魚既腥味,而且又可以令到佢好鮮味!咁大廚真係無呃我哋,食落口係真係好鮮甜入味,同埋配埋個酒可以成功將條魚嘅鮮味帶到出嚟!

- 最尾去到甜品,就係食朱古力心太軟啦!呢個心太軟係流心心太軟,香濃朱古力醬再配上雪糕揀直係舌尖上的享受!
