To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太太說這家菜館小炒不錯,於是便跟太太及她的父母來嚐一嚐菜館位於觀塘工業區工廈的一樓,位置方便,由觀塘港鐵站只需約5分鐘一入座店主非常殷勤招待,我們點了下列幾道菜豉汁蒸白鱔 $130白鱔很新鮮,肉質實而不老,且蒸得很入味秘製咖哩牛筋腩 $120想不到的出色,牛筋腩煮的很軟滑,個人口味覺得咖哩汁可以再濃一點日式芥末牛柳粒 $120芥末味道很出,跟牛柳粒及青豆想不到的配合,很開胃特式椒鹽肉排 $100避風塘的口味,外表香脆肉質嫩滑,亦是送飯之選豉油皇乾炒牛河 $75店員說河粉賣光,便轉成米粉,但無減其炒的香,牛肉嫩滑生炒牛肉飯 $75生炒牛肉飯炒的粒粒分明,牛肉有點碎但有兜亂的感覺串串燒 雞中翼 多春魚 雞肉 雞腎 $55/3串串燒是店主推薦,串燒明顯有炭火燒的感覺,燒的很香亦不失肉的鮮味整體來說,這家菜館小炒的確非常出色,難怪週日到來工廈也能全店滿座,客似雲來呢
