To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘工廈食堂新匯聚,一直是工廈打工仔的平價食堂。今天點了客家鹹雞飯配豬骨佛手瓜湯,樸實的搭配卻蘊含著深厚的家常味道。鹹雞醃製入味,肉質結實不柴,鹹香適中,油香四溢。雞皮煎得金黃,咬下時香脆可口,與嫩滑的雞肉形成絕妙的口感對比。豬骨佛手瓜湯清甜可口,佛手瓜煮得軟而不爛,清香可人。豬骨則熬得恰到好處,湯汁濃郁不膩,每啜一口都能感受到食材的精華。白飯粒粒分明,配上鹹雞的汁水,更添美味。一杯熱檸檬水,既能解膩,又能幫助消化。五十元的價格,在工廈區可謂相當實惠。這樣一頓簡單而溫暖的午餐,不僅讓人吃得飽,更能感受到廚師的用心。難怪店內總是座無虛席,足見這份樸實美味的魅力。

觀塘呢間大排檔都幾出名,以前開喺牛頭角下邨,搬咗嚟觀塘工業大廈!啲餸都幾好食,糖水都唔錯,想食大排檔又想乾淨衛生可以食呢一間,環境都OK,有冷氣廁所唔污糟!茗茶$20蜂蜜欖角骨$120份量都幾多,食落去甜甜地,個骨唔會太過腥,都有肉味,美中不足但係唔夠香口同惹味。煎蝦餅 拼椒鹽鮮魷(半)165.00炸得非常之香口,蝦餅有蝦味彈牙,魷魚爽口新鮮!沙薑炆芥菜 $85味道幾特別,幾香沙薑味,芥菜都爽口!砵酒流浮山蠔 $240個蠔真係好好食,大概有六至七隻?周周非常之香脆,好味濃郁鮮甜,一啲都唔腥,個酒味好香!紅燒豆腐 $90豆腐軟滑,醬汁嘅調味啱啱好,下面仲有啲雜菌菜心!推薦指數: 8/10唔錯都幾有鑊氣,喺觀塘想食大排檔都會推介!價錢唔算平,不過勝在足料大份味道OK。

新匯聚餐廳小廚,位於觀塘成業街,裝修企理舒適,餐廳是傳統大排檔美食,是享受美食的絕佳場所。菜遠排骨炒河,河粉滑嫩,排骨大大件,炒製得恰到好處,味道鮮美。椒鹽九肚魚,外皮酥脆,內肉細嫩,椒鹽味濃鬱,令人回味。梅菜扣肉,梅菜咸香,扣肉肥而不膩,軟腍帶梅菜香味,而且配有小白菜,食落不會滯,搭配得天衣無縫。飲品方面,雪梨水口感清新,滋潤心脾。有氣鮮檸蜜,味道酸甜,且甜而不膩,氣泡細膩,清涼解渴,口感獨特。餐廳於貓頭鷹時間晚上九點入座,除酒水外,還有八折優惠添。

三個人晚餐食四個餸, 連2杯飲品$640, 食物質素: 芝麻雞可以點半隻 $170, 雞皮凍咗都脆卜卜,正。 一份酥炸雙拼$165 可以自由選擇, 我揀咗炸大腸同椒鹽鮮魷, 都好惹味佢地仲有椒鹽九吐魚, 藕餅, 蝦餅, 椒鹽骨等可以選擇, 再一個老闆推薦嘅薑汁炒芥蘭,非常有鑊氣, 最後仲叫左三隻豉椒聖子($60 1隻)加煎米底,呢個好食到不得了。餐廳甜品同糖水選擇很多,但老闆送咗馬豆糕畀我哋食, 所以冇另外叫,雖然餐廳環境一般, 但服務周到,餸菜好味,會再光顧。
