To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日周日，朝早同中同去咗打波🏀⛹🏼‍♂️，打完波之後，就三條友一齊食譚仔，在附近一齊去咗牛頭角下邨果間，中午一點到，等左5分鐘入得。三個人各自嗌左米線再加多碟酸辣雞腳。我就叫左金菇、牛肉清湯米線$38，加$8要左杯凍奶茶，唔錯，牛肉都有5、6舊，金菇爽口，最後仲差唔多飲晒所有湯添。我哋一邊食一邊傾計，由入餐廳到出番黎差唔多一個鐘頭，店員都冇趕我哋走，不過我就覺得野食慢左d黎，由落單到上菜差唔多用等咗成15分鐘。
