香港人喜歡一家大細周日去飲茶食點心報紙(現在變成上網玩手機)。但好吃嘅點心買少見少。集團式酒樓全是中央廚房生產,小店好難留得住好嘅點心師傅,年輕人又不想入行。今天發現一個不錯地方:韭王鮮蝦腸粉:生鲜韭带出香味。蒜蓉蝦春卷:看颜色就知新油既炸,脆皮不油山竹牛肉球:內有芫茜香葱,牛肉球打得夠滑鮮魚籽燒賣:唯一要扣分,鱼籽不生鲜,上面隻蝦畫蛇添足薑汁雞包仔:薑葱足夠,帶出香味懷舊棉花雞:不過不失蜆芥酥炸鯪魚球:主角蜆芥出色又多,魚球夠爽夠滑又吾乾蜜汁叉燒:果然是鎮店之宝,夠滑夠淋,瘦中带点肥肉,烧汁入味豉椒炒牛河:豉椒芡汁包着河粉,炒得火候刚好,用了红洋葱加牙菜,味道不错。最後埋單六日點心8折,再加分!
