To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時週末都會落去元氣等位，因為康城區實在太少嘢食揀。而兩個女超級鍾意食壽司，所以爸爸一到5:30就即刻衝左落去排隊食晚餐。康城完全係供不應求，每次行過都見到元氣門口超多人，基本上要等一個鐘以上先會入到坐。好彩康城分店卡位算多，每次都可以等到卡位坐，啱晒我哋一家四口嘅家庭。至於壽司，我哋就一定會叫好多蛋壽司😂因為兩個女超級鍾意食。另外會叫烏冬，粟米沙律軍艦，仲有大人食嘅一大堆壽司🫶🏻質素，一向都好平均好滿意。店員服務態度亦都改善咗好多。所以唯一最大嘅問題都係等位。
