To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過咗嚟寶琳飲茶，因為餐廳比較大，所以等位會較快我哋大概等咗半個鐘頭位就可以入去食其他酒樓起碼等成個鐘。我哋三個人點了四個點心同一個套餐，所以非常之飽。兩隻乳鴿拼米線套餐$108兩隻乳鴿都炸得好脆好多汁，但係米線發得好腍同米線嘅質地唔夠滑蟹皇燒賣燒賣好多豬肉，不過比較肥七彩炸鯪魚球鯪魚球炸得好脆口，同埋佢有啲七彩脆脆包住個鯪魚球好特別雪山叉燒包叉燒包嘅餡比較多醬汁，比較貼，冇乜肉食，但個皮好脆上湯水餃我哋本來以為這碟是蒸水餃睇少咗個湯字，不過都幾好食，又有菜唔錯由於酒樓嘅店員唔夠，所以加茶同點餐比較慢，好彩上菜速度較為快，想飲茶而又唔想等位等好耐這裏是一個不錯的選擇。
