To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六約咗朋友睇戲 之後就諗去邊度食飯星期六cwb四圍都係人 想搵間小人d都難朋友V說不如去牛角 佢係會員可以用app 攞非去到等咗十五分鐘到就入得 因為繁忙時間關係 三人枱要兩小時交枱order 而家全部可以用pad order 好方便 唔駛叫人 前菜order 咗辣油豆腐-tofu 應該係一pack 嘅百福豆腐 但配上佢地特色辣油 一絶 辣油裏面有炸過嘅蒜同辣椒 又香又脆 加埋洋蔥豆腐 一齊放入口 正 前菜二 BLT salad 沙律菜新鮮爽口 配上蕃茄 麵包脆 芝士粉 蛋 加埋salad dressing 好開胃 燒肉就order 咗牛肋肉四品盛(朋友V係會員呢個送嘅,多謝V) 呢個set 有四個唔同部分嘅牛肉 牛仔骨-切得較薄 半肥瘦嘅 入囗較韌 前面嘅牛肋骨有普通及和牛兩類 普通嘅就一般 和牛就好香牛味 入口即溶 好正 黑色盅𥚃面係好似肥牛咁嘅薄切 可能太薄 好難燒 口感較鞋 我們仲order 咗生菜用嚟包住d肉食 無咁漏 散叫嘅肉 質數較好 建議荷包許可的 還是選擇單點較好 右上的是香蔥薄牛舌 牛舌切得夠簿 每邊燒至變色 無血水然後加上香蔥 放d

散叫嘅肉 質數較好 建議荷包許可的 還是選擇單點較好

右上的是香蔥薄牛舌 牛舌切得夠簿 每邊燒至變色 無血水然後加上香蔥 放d lemon juice 一啖放入口 無得輸

左上的是上級牛肋肉( salty favour)

呢個正 兩邊大約燒40 秒 加上佢地嘅甜醬汁or 用新鮮生菜包住食 好味呀

前面係豬頸肉 豬呢就要燒耐d 燒至乾身 沾上一點辣醬 yummi

朋友D 說想試下 柚子冷麵 上枱夠凍 可中和燒肉嘅油 配上青瓜絲加柚子皮 同冷麵汁 食落好舒服 但麵有點太淋 如果可以保持彈性更好
