To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周末終於有位食到呢間啦！

每次收工都急忙忙走過去牛頭角站搭地鐵，Lunch 又次次都Book 唔到位，今次專程周末去開觀塘海濱長廊散步睇日落，就終於可以食到呢間啦！位於觀塘海濱長廊近牛頭角，細細間的西餐廳，有分為戶外和室內區，座位不多，但都幾寬落好坐的！晚餐有散叫或二人套餐，剛好我和朋友都無咩所謂，直接叫套餐，不用煩啦！燒春雞 (Spring Chicken)原隻小雞烤煮，雖然外皮並無脆化，但配上燒汁和配菜，加上啖啖肉，口感不算太差！Impossible 素肉千層麵正正方方的千層麵，以潮流最Hit 的Impossible素肉作為肉鬆的代替品，再拌有最多的鮮茄醬，酸酸甜甜，非常開胃呀！2017年白酒周末關係，當然要飲杯酒輕鬆一下，見Menu 推薦2017年的法國白酒，就試翻一杯啦！白酒入口不帶濃烈的酒味，反而果香味濃，更帶點青提子甜味，值得一試呀！餐廳沒有趕人走，我們食到晚上9:30，再慢慢去海邊散步，好Relax 呀！
