嚟到太子,本來目標係下面果層嘅京華,但真係好多人等位(其實“好彩”都多人等),之不過攞咗張飛之後竟然好快入得,所以轉飲呢間。好彩酒家都叫有好多分店,但呢間食物質素都唔係太高,餐廳入面面積都幾大,有好多張枱,但枱與枱之間好貼,待應上菜時都好難行入嚟,所以感覺一般。叫咗雪菜火鴨絲窩米,都幾有驚喜! 火鴨絲都有足料,好多鴨肉都連住層皮,我就最鐘意食層皮㗎啦,而且層皮都燒得香口,帶少少肥但又唔會太膩,可以一試。份量方面都分到6-8碗左右,$88,份量足。另外叫咗份燒肉例牌,第一口就幾好食,燒肉皮勁鬆化,肉質都淋,但再食落去就有啲瘦,少少un,有10零件左右,唔算多。點心方面叫左燒賣皇,叉燒腸,馬拉糕,叉燒包,金錢肚,較為欣賞嘅係燒賣同金錢肚,金錢肚個沙嗲汁都叫入味,唔算un。燒賣都幾大粒,但蝦就唔大隻,豬肉都唔算好肥嘅。但最怕就係點心唔夠熱,啲點心出到嚟都好快凍。 到最後埋單等咗成10幾分鐘,得1個人負責埋單,仲要每次一大疊單埋幾張枱,希望可以改善吓。(另外呢間酒樓唔收AE)

另外叫咗份燒肉例牌,第一口就幾好食,燒肉皮勁鬆化,肉質都淋,但再食落去就有啲瘦,少少un,有10零件左右,唔算多。
