To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這邊廂話自己是懶人,新星的匆匆而過,那邊廂卻在周六晚上答應朋友次日再飲早茶。一不做二不休,通過在OpenRice的巡查,我將地點鎖定在了中環, N間食肆,去哪間好呢?好多都要11點才營業。通過對招牌、時間、價格、食評的比較後,我選了中環愛丁堡廣場的美心皇宮,仍然是約在10點見。還是朋友先到,佢話周末飲茶,這些地方好難搵位,早D到搵定位也表示約我飲茶的誠意,多謝先。為了可以睡多一陣,我是搭的士到愛丁堡廣場的。入到時已是全場爆滿,好在朋友先到!朋友問我為何會選在這裏?之前來愛丁堡睇過表演,不過沒有上樓食過野。自己都唔知點解會選著這間美心皇宮,不過逢到任何美心的印像都不差,可能是一直對美心質素的好感吧。餐具都很西餐化,很精美。茶壺和水壺一大一小,很保暖,正所謂水滾茶靚嘛!今天還是先到先選茶:仍然是壽眉。我加了兩條自帶的苦丁茶進去,朋友話好甘味!茶杯似酒店的咖啡杯多D,唔知係唔係成日都會接D大會堂的生意做宴會呢?因為所有點心都是推車出的,所以很有懷舊的感覺。我喜歡!點心要趁熱吃,多了涼了都不好吃。我們看見第一輛點心車經過時,選了:干蒸牛肉、燒麥、菜苗餃,阿姐手捧點心推介時,我們點了蝦餃皇,第三

因為所有點心都是推車出的,所以很有懷舊的感覺。我喜歡!點心要趁熱吃,多了涼了都不好吃。我們看見第一輛點心車經過時,選了:干蒸牛肉、燒麥、菜苗餃,阿姐手捧點心推介時,我們點了蝦餃皇,第三次腸粉車經過時我們點了牛肉腸,甜點車經過時我們點了白糖糕。
我仲蹲在點心車前,問阿姐可不可以影張相,阿姐仲好態度,當然可以啦!那我就不客氣啦!全場都好多客人攞住部相機影相,特別多外國客人。
蝦餃皇:可能是手捧出來的緣故吧,途中蝦餃皮吸了倒汗水,個皮好淋,淋到用筷子一夾就散了,食到口中皮也粘住天堂,餡都唔錯,新鮮足料。
燒麥:皮就好薄啦,餡都好足。
菜苗餃:被我們各食咗一只先想起沒影相,哈哈。好好味,咬一啖睇D內容,仲可以見到一條一條的菜苗,一點也不油,好味。
干蒸牛肉:已經要了燒麥,我本來想食牛肉球,見阿姐推介好落力,試下啦,超濃的牛肉味。
牛肉腸:皮好滑,只是我略覺得腸粉醬油鹹了一些。
白糖糕:很清甜,沒有酸味。朋友話,現在可以吃到不難吃的白糖糕已經是難事了,水準很髙!
全場的燈光很光猛,職員也做得落力,埋台時也都積極、熱情。雖然車來車往,人也很多,但並不淩亂,也聽不到劈裡啪啦的聲音。時常見到廚師推新鮮點心出來並協助買賣,職員交談聲音專線也控制得良好。可見職員質素非同一般。
價格也是非同一般,我們埋單的點心平均價格差不多是$38/份,當然質素是肯定的。消費與否要看各人需要,我會再光顧。
