To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我们叫了一份sliced steak, fish&chips, 以及hot chicken wings. 以为是比较稳妥的选择，结果每一份都非常让人失望。fish & chips 用的是质量较差的鱼肉，而且感觉还是和了面粉的，吃起来口感比较奇怪，而且没有任何味道，算是让人体会了什么叫“味同嚼蜡”。即便是毫无技术难度的chips, 也没有味道，还远不如麦当劳的薯条一顿饭400元买单，完全没吃饱，因为太难吃下不了口。I will never come back.
