To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢四個字點解我諗都唔駛我講,呢度某食家好鍾意用呢個字黎形容某類食物咁見到有另一位食家o係度讚緊大記鐵板,本身都開始覺得呢間野唔掂,仲要畀四十蚊佢駛,就等如你有一隊所謂四十年最強o既英格蘭,但你畀個垃圾領隊去教隊波一樣,燒鵝o既價錢踢出蔗渣o既味道,結果,四年後請早!大記唔駛你等四年,不過大記就同你睇一個人一樣,你同佢一齊越耐,越會發覺佢有好多缺點,之不過你唔駛同大記過人世,你可以選擇飛左佢,或者- 畀少D 家用,"你咁戇X,畀錢你駛你咪送晒畀人!"廢話講完,本來都唔會對大記有咩期望,但結果,係更加超出預期- 地差要o左燒雞o個個,一見到隻雞已經覺得瀨野,營養不良到呢... 你去某大超級市場買隻燒雞返黎斬開一半都可能大隻D,廿幾蚊有交易;隻雞又唔係燒得特別靚,塊雞皮... 算把啦個焗薯,生o既,面頭再pat 一pat 唔知係酸忌廉定沙律醬,"點解一舊焗薯可以整得咁難食?"淋汁落個鐵板,全無反應,咁要個鐵板o黎做乜?焗海螺,整到個樣成pat 垃圾咁,睇見到唔多開胃酥皮海鮮粟米湯,海鮮係幾條蟹柳,湯係罐頭湯,加埋一大堆生菜絲,得啖笑食完都唔夠飽,真係"感覺硬膠"
