之前幾次到訪瑞典Stockholm都沒有機會吃到當地名店之一的Frantzén。當知道大廚會於今年年底前在香港開新餐廳Frantzén's Kitchen,主打帶點亞洲美食元素的現代北歐菜,就已經很期待^^這日我們預先上餐廳網頁訂好枱,便準時來到上環太平山街與差館上街交界的Frantzén's Kitchen。餐廳裝修簡約時尚,晚上的燈光柔和,用餐氣氛輕鬆自在。雖然店面不算大,但座位不會安排得太密,空間感不錯。這裡座位安排分2部分,分別是可近距離與廚師交流的Kitchen counter和Dining room,共有座位約30個。據餐廳介紹,無論坐在餐枱還是吧枱,都是用同一個menu點餐。這夜我們訂了坐在Dining room。Frantzén's Kitchen的menu主要分3類: snacks,dishes & desserts,全部單點大家選餐自由度更高。而menu items會約3個月換一次。先吃點snacks,4款snacks中我們選了3款,全部都讓我們吃得很高興呢!Apple- & lingonberry macaron ($60)。彷如是件馬卡龍迷你三文治,中間夾著2層
