Full of anticipation to try this unique Nordic gastronomy fining dining restaurant at Poho area. The ambiance, lighting, open counter kitchen (not the main cooking area) were all very pleasant and cosy. Tried the 7-course menu with 3-glass wine pairing. Every dish was innovative, pretty and delicious; well deserved Michelin star. The only room for improvement is the service details - the server removed our bread (and the yummy signature butter) without asking us, and the chef did not ask us and
The only room for improvement is the service details - the server removed our bread (and the yummy signature butter) without asking us, and the chef did not ask us and assign the choice of dessert to us (quite weird feeling!) Chefs and servicing team need more passion in making the experience truly star-rated and hearty (some of them looked “meh” or tired).
