To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屯門巿中心不停開食肆,唔知以為個個屯門之友屋企住左個無飯煮婦。今期掛住台灣,每次去台灣都要食個地道滷肉飯,所以就去左百芳買個便當返屋企,我叫返個滷肉飯+黑糖冬瓜茶。埋單都有點貴,要成64蚊。賣相都唔錯,滷肉飯啲汁大多集中哂係中間,攪拌後就味道岩岩好,都似台灣食開嘅味道,個便當都ok均衡,有菜有肉有蛋,岩哂我。但黑糖冬瓜茶就真係過份地甜,冬瓜茶本身已經甜,再加埋黑糖真係甜上加甜係屋企就可以分成2杯再加多啲冰,等溶化後個味算正常返啲....
