To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老公睇完戲，就去Délifrance食個dinner. 簡單叫咗個2 courses set: 主菜+Green Salad 🥗 肉醬千層麵配薯蓉 Beef Lasagna with mashed potato $77用鐵鍋上，就啱曬啦！熱辣辣先可以將芝士保持喺最美味嘅半溶狀態。肉醬充滿蕃茄味🍅之餘，甜酸度平衡得宜。雖然醬多，但千層麵唔會浸到腍晒。薯蓉加牛油是常識吧（忘記卡路里啦！）千層麵表面的芝士、薯蓉有點焦先夠滋味, 呢個才剛剛變焦，焗多3分鐘就perfect。另外，鐵鍋呎吋太大，令啲肉醬周圍走。切一刀成個麵就散開曬，食的時候要自組千層麵。🥗田園沙律配意大利香醋汁沙律菜新鮮的。脆脆的。
