To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味濃, 但好食; 貴咗, 但依然好抵食!

星期六晚, 坐 284 既順風車返咗鎗會,坐到七點幾, 忍唔住叫外賣食, 未過八點, 可以叫「泉記」喎~我都係叫噃個「黑椒牛柳絲炒麵」($25 + $1), 加杯凍杏仁霜 (凍飲加 $1.5), 另外要個西生菜($8 + $1),跟住幫老公叫多咗特價飯餐 「漢堡扒腸仔蛋黑椒汁飯」($18 + $1) 配利賓立 (加$4.5),全部加埋 $60, 由於每個飯盒要加 $1, 所以加加埋埋感覺幾貴,不過諗真啲, 如果係一般茶餐廳食, 就算外賣唔駛加錢, 都應該要 $70 先埋到單喎!啲炒麵依然好味! 炒得夠乾身, 只係今次啲牛柳絲乾過頭咗少少...老公個飯既黑椒汁都好好味呀! $18 個飯, 啲汁仲要好食!而杯杏仁霜, 雖然係凍既, 但都夠濃喎~~ 呢間食市個老闆一定係食開勁濃味既嘢, 佢真係煮乜都濃味過人既!! 更詳細資料及圖片請看 : http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/joycewai616/article?mid=7088
