旺角到處都係美食,行完街,經過呢度,都幾多人等位,一於試下,等左陣,好快就有位。呢度主打龍蝦菜式,我地當然唔會「倒行逆施」,一於龍虾龍到底(除左甜品)~湯之中龍蝦湯係我至愛,先嚟個法式干邑龍蝦湯 - 濃濃龍蝦味,過咸,但口感細滑。配上一條多士,好靚。呢度最出名係Kama龍蝦匯,有齊龍蝦包、烤蒜蓉牛油龍蝦半隻、龍蝦什錦海鮮石鍋湯烏冬/飯。我哋都未叫,隔離枱已經嚟左鍋烏冬,香味四溢到我地都聞到,既然龍蝦匯都包埋,唔諗咁多,決定叫。一上枱已經擺好靚,好吸引。一籃子炸薯條,仲有埋炸蕃薯條,幾特別。龍蝦包 - 個包好大個,夾滿晒拆左殼嘅龍蝦肉,啖啖肉好滋味。烤蒜蓉牛油龍蝦半隻 - 肉質非常彈牙,仲有好多龍蝦膏。龍蝦什錦海鮮石鍋湯烏冬 - 熱辣辣嘅湯底好鮮甜,烏冬彈牙,大碗而且足料。香脆炸雞翼配龍蝦芝士汁 - 一共有四隻雞翼都算大隻,炸到鬆脆的外層鋪左芝士碎,幾match幾好味。龍蝦芝士汁有火暖住,特別惹味。(個火經常熄,但侍應都不厭其煩幫我地點返著)個醬汁碗嘅直徑太短,雞翼唔可以打橫去點個醬料。建議餐廳俾隻細匙羮食客加啲汁,或者乾脆搵個大少少器皿。甜品有六款選擇,店員話都幾多人叫Apple C
