To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友拉我去試嗰家餐廳，佢話呢度嘅脆皮燒鵝好出名。入到去，不嬲嘅香味就已經撲鼻而來。第一口嘅燒鵝，皮脆肉嫩，肥瘦適中，簡直正到不得了！肉質鮮美多汁，還帶點微微的甘甜，個人真係好享受。然後，我地又試咗碗手打牛丸湯。牛丸彈牙得嚟唔會太硬，入口鮮滑，喺湯底裏頭略帶一點點辣，啱晒愛辣嘅我！飲湯個刻，感覺温暖哂整個胃。當然，唔少得來個涼瓜牛肉飯，呢個絕對係我嘅”愛”，涼瓜嘅輕苦搭配上嫩滑嘅牛肉，飯上頭淋咗啲汁，一咬落去，香、苦、鮮三味一齊來，舌頭上面好似開咗個party咁激動。最後，點盤煎蛋卷，又甜又滑，仲有雲呢拿味，食完餐收尾正到彈！呢度嘅餐點選擇好豐富，而且每樣嘢都令人食指大動。啱啱好啲味道不會太重，幾適合想食得健康啲嘅食客。香港嘅街頭美食，有時真係簡單就係美。下次再黎，一定要試下佢哋嘅經典奶茶同埋糖水！🍲🥢🍽️
