朋友識飲識食,今次帶我去見識位於中環的 Quiero Mas,主打西班牙及地中海菜的餐廳。踏進餐廳就被樓底高、精緻的酒吧位吸引著眼球。裝潢瑰麗堂皇,感覺高貴,環境確實很不錯。現在的佈置已有節日氣氛。半圓梳化座位有私隱度之餘,景觀又好。時令的Tasting Menu 有前菜、小食、主菜及甜品,部分是推介菜式,$498 + 10% 一位,在中環地區合理價錢。點了推介的飲品入座後店員送上welcome bread惹味沙樂美腸配脆多士,味蕾隨即開動。餐廳位於高層,景觀開揚。飲品點了 Lychee Green,7點前happy hour $88,大大杯打卡一流,清新的荔枝味好出色,甜度適中,又有不少荔枝果肉增添層次。另外一杯是QM Sangria $78,Sangria是西牙班果酒,傳統酒精飲品。有白酒或紅酒選擇,這個是白酒、Brandy、熱情果、荔枝等,酒味香濃適中又帶果香,整體味道好夾。西班牙式醃製的Hamachi 油甘魚刺身,魚肉厚身無筋,油香又帶點惹味。Iberico Paletilla Ham 36-months Served with crystal tomato bread西班伊比
