To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝生辰的日子，享用過老公悉心安排的午餐，大家還有胃納甜點的空間，走到附近的萬豪酒店的Dolce 88，咖啡店裝修簡潔而瑰麗，櫃檯以金屬銅作主色，配上潔白的高枱和椅就份外型格，座位不算多，約有10個，看來店方是以外賣為主。食品方面除了提供咖啡、三文治、朱古力，還有甜點。甜點尤其吸引，餅櫃裡數款甜點都甚為特別，心大心細時店員友善和熱情地為我們介紹，我們選了最有個性的煙燻香草士多啤梨香醋啫喱夾心慕絲 。煙燻香草士多啤梨香醋啫喱夾心慕絲 $48蛋糕無論賣相和味道也富層次感，呍呢拿慕絲充滿呍呢拿籽，豐富的呍呢拿香和強烈的煙燻互不相讓，香味令人有股衝擊的感覺，接來是面層的黑醋糖漿和中層的黑醋啫喱酸酸甜甜的味道，奇妙之處兩種味道日常是從鹹點得到，而底層軟滑的蛋糕和脆脆提醒我是吃著甜點。味蕾的新嘗試！
