To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺呢間日式燒肉店，我一坐低就摩拳擦掌準備開動。首先來啲牛五花，個肉厚實得嚟又溫柔，一燒起嚟就噴香四溢，入口即化，每一啖都有少少甜，豉油嘅鹹香撲鼻。轉轉口味，啲豬五花煙韌得嚟肥瘦適中，咬落去唔只肉汁豐富，連啲香味都揸得住，真係豬豬得意！跟住係雞件，軟滑得來唔膩口，伴隨埋啲香料味，撈埋飯嘅話正到不得了。至於牛舌，呢個真係夠晒彈牙，微微嫩度配合着啲淡淡嘅醃味，精彩！六種調味品，我就點掂啲胡麻醬，撈啲沙律就靚到不得了。來啲BBQ醬同蒜香醬油，隨意轉換，不同嘅滋味扣住心口，香甜嘅BBQ醬同帶蒜味嘅醬油搭碰出新滋味，諗起都流曬口水。啲服務唔算太突出，但唔會影響我對食物嘅狂愛。這個價錢條條款款，我話你知，食得過癮，真係物有所值。要係閒時過嚟搏個肚仔，真係可以一試！🍖🥢👌
