To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一踏入這家店，環境即刻俾人一種歎息，似乎家嘅感覺湧上心頭，等唔切咁撲向菜單，選幾款嘗吓。先點個關東煮牛肉鍋🥘，呢個真係嘆為觀止，牛肉Q彈得嚟唔油膩，滋味夠晒深入人心。緊接再搞個松露海皇炒飯，撥開一碟香噴噴，口感軟糯夾雜著松露既高貴氣息，真係惹味到不得了。蒜香帶子茄子🍆配合得天衣無縫，食落好似有種爆炸既口感，帶子QQ發，茄子口感滑溜，仲有隱隱既蒜香撲鼻，完全係大人小朋友都鐘意嘅款。鹵水掌翼呢個就更加勁，入口略感韌勁，不過鹵汁香味十足，令人跌入鹵水的"香"魔法之中。最後，點埋個上湯蝦球伊麵作結。蝦球就真係彈牙得嚟又唔會太過硬，同伊麵嘅嘆之配合就更加無可挑剔。簡直係把口感同味覺既享受推向極致😋。整體來講，呢個地方絕對值得一試再試，每一口都好似喺話，"再黎一碗呀！" 🤤👍🏼🍽️
