今日去咗間餐廳試咗幾樣菜,一路食一路驚嘆嘅嚟。黑松露野菌湯夠香,每一啖嘅野菌好有嚼勁,黑松露嘅香味好迷人,湯底滑溜溜嘅。卡邦尼意粉真係得閒飲茶嘅feel,啱哂長輩後生都嘆,佢哋嘅溫泉蛋🍳啫喱咁滑,巴馬臣芝士香濃,啖啖肉嘅煙豬柳火腿好滲味。而加拿大馬糞海膽搭日式磯煮鮑魚就令人無言,鮑魚腍到化,海膽又夠唔沾油,真係好正!最搶鏡嘅,非牛油果吞拿魚帶子他他莫屬,三層次口感完美融合,每一啲碎都有層次,令呢道頭盤成為我呢餐嘅焦點。日本豬斧頭扒也很出色,肥瘦得宜,外皮微焦香脆,肉汁香濃,真係好好食👍。食物令人滿足到唔知點形容,值得一試啊!
