荳子係荃灣既熱點餐廳,今次特登揀下午5.6點呢d青黃不接時間同fd食,先至可以坐得舒適。荳子有三本menu, 一個正餐,一個甜品,一個飲料。如果係第一次食,一定要試下個黑松露軟殻蟹意粉,個意粉係al dente ,配上濃郁既黑松露,洋蔥,蘑菇做成既醬汁,口感非常之rich,食落啖啖滿足。至於個軟殻蟹,炸過先上碟,入面有蟹黃,配上個意粉,真係一碟就飽。甜品又係另一個要點,我試左個 玉露·蘋果金寶。佢個做法係用綠茶粉沾滿個crumble,綠茶粉應該係用宇治小山園出品,另配一球綠茶雪糕同一管綠茶汁。綠茶既甘味同Apple crumble 既酸甜好夾,中和左個甜滯感,呢種配答都係第一次食,推介
