To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間用心做麵既小店，蛋蛋一定支持!本來蛋蛋已經收皮唔想再出新既食帖，但啱啱食完呢間好L好食，如果唔吹奏下個心有D唔舒服。**更新 佢而家每日開11：30am至淩晨1：30am牛腩極之入味神級好食，帶少少肥膏，豐富既油脂香，肉質偏淋一定唔柴。豬手爽爽地帶淋又好食，豐富骨膠原，肥肉參半。豉油皇撈粗係犯規級手藝，跟咩菜呀?係芥蘭呀!成碟好食到蛋蛋講哂粗口。找數時問女老闆幾錢，佢個眼神好優屈答46蚊，我O咗咀，心諗冇加到價，真係極之抵食。
