母親節來了,所以和太太一起要決定同屋企人食乜嘢~其實之前同朋友們一齊去過呢間餐廳,食物一流,服務態度好,所以決定再次前往~由於有心水菜色同朋友介紹,所以到達餐廳前經已落單,到達後,餐廳負責人再次確認菜色就去準備了,十分細心!一來先上牡丹蝦刺身,鮮甜美味,正!如果你有興趣,重可以留起個蝦頭,用黎酥炸!之後就上蘑菇湯,好足料,你係可以食到一粒粒既蘑菇蘑菇蓉,一啲都唔水!有保證~然後黎個墨魚兩食,將隻墨魚分開兩半,變成墨魚意大利麵+酥炸墨魚,上菜時係無剪開既,所以會俾把剪刀你,鍾意大舊定細舊,完全由你話事~食到咁上下,就上左個威靈頓牛柳,先用火腿包住舊牛肉,再加上蘑菇蓉,最後用酥皮封住,牛柳腍滑,味濃而不油膩,一試難忘,每日限量供應,食完就無~再黎食埋個香焗魚下巴,真係無得頂!是日魚下巴非常大個,滿滿既魚油加上啖啖魚肉,真係返唔到轉頭!最後甜品係熱情果蛋糕、綠茶蛋糕加檸檬梳乎厘,為呢餐晚餐畫上完美句號!
