To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道一流，但滿店奧員工

呢間成日都食，但係只限於返工食晏，因為我放假時會比較着重服務，返工就只求醫肚。首先味道方真係幾好食嘅，有得揀小鍋米線，重慶酸辣粉，重慶紅薯粉夠煙韌，配埋湯底簡直一流，又可以自由揀餸，只係少數會見到一兩粒發泡膠係碗嘢入面，呢樣真係要改善下啦。另外服務真係唔掂，每次入親去啲侍應愛理不理咁，你一坐低左又話你亂坐，又或者一入嚟啲侍應就黑口黑面，呢啲見過唔少次，你嗌佢落單有啲係會扮睇唔到，要你開始燥燥地先會走黎落，仲要好唔耐煩咁，所以都好少喺呢間食店見到有奧客，如果以我觀察咁耐真係得一兩個係好少少態度，但係有時都幾開心，有時會有啲嚟旅遊嘅奧客入左嚟，就會有機會食花生睇到奧客大戰奧員工。
