To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽聞呢間酸菜魚好出名，尋日放假特登走去試吓，果然冇令人失望。我地晏就過嚟食好抵，$75就已經可以食到酸菜魚飯，酸菜魚口感細滑，完全冇腥味，而且唔會太油，配菜多，魚亦都十分足夠。泡椒牛肉同我想像中有少少出入，較多汁，不過味道都唔錯。另外佢仲可以加小菜，我地叫左口水雞$26及夫妻肺片$26，份量唔多唔少，味道正宗，也值得推薦！我哋總共兩個人食，埋單$200有找，食咗四樣菜加杯嘢飲好滿足。推薦大家過嚟試吓。
