To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食材用料很不新鮮,味道一般,食物溫度不夠熱,菜式選擇也不多,價錢偏貴,上菜速道十分慢,連飲品這麽簡單最少也要等十五分鍾,冷氣嚴重不足,空氣不留通,還有一點點刺鼻的油煙味道,可能是要慳電的原因,所以開得一部空調,服務員不足,多次舉手也沒有人理會,女經理態度冷漠,完全當客人透明似的,就算很忙你也要給客人一個反應或者回應吧,不是看一眼就算了,完全不尊業,變通能力奇差,可能茶餐廳的侍應生也做得好過她,咁既價錢同服務不如去食吃餐廳吧!
