To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由開張食到而家，試過晒牛奶冰室嘅早午晚茶餐，最好食嘅都係晚餐小菜。見證餐廳品質越嚟越差，每次都諗住可能係一時失手，再俾多次機會，但係食完今次認為除非冇選擇，否則幫襯機會不大。今日嗌咗星洲炒米，$68的份量的確好大，足夠兩個人食。賣相係唔錯，配菜又多，但係食落就真係中晒伏。首先，炒米太濕太腍，麵條黐住晒一舊餅咁。雖然配菜種類和份量都算多，但係味道不夠辣，亦沒有黃薑味。這個星洲炒米比較似「星洲濕米」🥲至於餐廳環境還是不俗的，有大玻璃讓自然光透入室內，感覺柔和。餐廳都用手機自助下單，餐具和斟水都係自助，所以侍應與客人的互動位唔多。雖然味道未去到難食，但的確叫人失望。若餐廳打算以份量取勝而捨棄味道，睇嚟會流失越來越多嘅客人。
