To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

撘車經過呢間鋪幾年，終於可以去試一試。叫得金祥排骨麵，咁就一定要試吓去啲排骨啦。所以我就叫咗碗雲吞排骨麵啦。咁今次呢我就係外賣自取嘅。當我拎到朋友屋企去食嘅時候，覺得啲雲吞個皮有少少厚，個排骨就味道ok。可能因為個麵係我買咗半個鐘頭之後先食，所以個面嘅質地就淋到有啲糊。都真係幾難食，但唔知係咪因為我等得太而又冇分湯，所以先咁會咁淋咁糊！所以雖然今次總括嚟講我都覺得唔好食，不過會再去堂食多次俾多次機會佢。而價錢上黎講，佢都算真係幾抵食，又有雲吞有排骨，都只係＄40，你隔隔黎多士一份都＄35啦！
