To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有天去西貢行山，行完後一直在想着要吃什麼好，剛好經過這間茶餐廳是下午茶時間，於是我們就進去了。下午茶menu都是三文治，焗意粉，炒麵，雞翼薯條之類的選擇，和一般餐廳沒有太大分別。這是我點的鹹牛肉芝士多士，這個是沒有烘底的，因為想不起來烘底要另外叫 外表普通，但鹹牛肉的味道還可以不太鹹，質感有點像罐頭吞拿魚，味道則像鹹牛肉乾。不過還是慶幸加了芝士點綴一下，才把這個平平無奇沒有烘底的多士增添了多一點色彩。
