To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次試呢間店既小食叫左3串小食: 陳皮魚蛋、牛栢葉、豬皮承惠 $20 （$7 /串)陳皮魚蛋：5 粒細魚蛋，沒有陳皮味，咬口亦只屬一般貨色（淋淋地)牛栢葉:最穩陣，牛栢葉本身無味，店家淋上沙嗲汁後反而幾好食豬皮：可能煮過頭，淋到好似腐皮咁，完全索唔到沙嗲汁3 串入面只有牛栢葉可一試!
