唔知點解呢幾年流行食生煎包,荃灣有一間米芝蓮推介嘅祥興記生煎包好出名,今日路過見到另一間,就喺呢間堅信號。外賣左四個生煎包,微微焦香嘅外皮上面灑左啲芝麻,賣相幾好,但係明顯啲包唔係隻隻一樣大,一家四口打交咁點算呢?生煎包好講究多汁,底趣。呢間嘅底普通脆,唔算特別脆,又未至於唔脆。外層嘅包唔算好口,可以接受,但係肉質真係唔算多,對比祥興記,祥興記既會多汁好多。至於舊肉,葉得唔會太鹹,但亦都冇乜鮮味,不過不失。總括來講,如果係價錢一樣,我會買祥興記,不過有特價試下新野無壞。
