To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間米線鋪之前有人喺米線關注組推薦過，咁岩經過附近就去試下，米線同食物份量比較少，味道不似預期，食三哥同譚仔仲抵過食佢，有啲唔明點解咁多人推薦佢。重慶酸辣湯米線+雞肉+鮮竹蝦春卷一開始碗米線上枱，覺得佢好清，以為會無咩味，但係食落都幾辣下，佢嘅辣度比三哥米線辣，不過湯就無咩配料，得兩塊腐皮同幾條芽菜，感覺似味精湯。雞肉係雞脾肉，所以都幾嫩滑，不過份量好少。鮮竹蝦春卷係同米線分開上，因為佢係即炸，我差唔多食完碗米線佢先上，味道一般，但好油，我個人鐘意南記個款多啲。
