最近番工好辛苦,當然要出去食下好西,慰勞下自己啦!見呢間the balcony網上唔少好評,就一於去試試。叫左個$488既set dinner,有成6-7個course,就甘睇menu就覺得好豐富。煎鵝肝配日式蘿蔔及菠蘿鵝肝雖不算大件,不過都幾厚身,煎得略熟左少少,但不減鵝油香味,配漬了既白蘿蔔同埋菠蘿食都幾特別,又可以減低油膩感。紅菜頭醃三文魚配芥未蟹籽沙律三文魚用紅菜頭醃過,有一種紅菜頭既清新味道,同肥美既三文魚幾夾!經典龍蝦湯夠鮮味,好濃郁!岩哂鍾意重口味既朋友!很不錯!凍虎蝦牛油果配白松露橘子汁清新既虎蝦牛油果冷盤,牛油果同虎蝦配搭非常match,虎蝦粒非常新鮮,食落彈牙!讚!芝士辣根黑松露焗帶子帶子略細粒,但芝士焗得香口,加埋黑松露醬點綴,都算唔錯慢煮鹿兒島黑毛豬柳好淋好juicy,配上黃梅醬食亦十分開胃,菠菜蓉好creamy,夾埋炸飯團食感覺無咁熱氣,而炸飯團中間原來包左日式酸蘿蔔,食落有驚喜!味噌燒鱈魚配蘑菇意大利飯鱈魚香滑,魚油充足,蘑菇意大利飯有口感,亦不會太漏,食完十分滿足!甜品併盤檸檬撻酸甜味適中,作為飯後甜品好適合綠茶奶凍好香滑而不失綠茶香味白酒煮梨,有酒香,配
