To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道不過不失嘅點心同小食

星期日同屋企人喺聯盛宴飲早茶，雖然幾多人等位，但係我地都係等左半個鐘到就有位坐。佢啲點心同菜式選擇都算多，但係味道就不過不失，冇乜特別。我地叫咗蝦腸、蝦餃、燒賣、馬拉糕、春卷、奶皇包等茶樓必嗌嘅點心。小食方面我地嗌咗黃金七味豆腐粒同埋脆炸魷魚鬚。賣相、味道同份量都正正常常，冇乜特別嘅驚喜。最值得一贊嘅係所有點心上枱時都熱辣辣，唔會擺到凍哂先上枱。正因為佢啲嘢食都冇乜特別，但係就比一般茶樓貴，所以個人認為物非所值，略嫌貴咗少少。
