To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在牛頭角附近吃了家街坊泰菜，見很多人幫襯。價錢不太貴。點了碟烤豬頸肉$88，分量十足，應有整塊豬頸肉，烤得很香，肥瘦適中，配有泰式辣汁，很開胃。冬蔭功海鮮湯$138，很大一窩，連爐一起上，配料有尤魚，青口和菇等等，比較酸和咸，但不辣的，泰式蛋包蝦金邊粉$118，賣相精緻，有兩隻大蝦，然後用蛋皮包住炒金邊粉，喜歡它微甜口味，因為有些店會做得太甜，這個味道不錯。飲品試了青檸梳打和泰式奶茶，欣賞這店所有飲品糖水自己落，枱面有糖水，可以自行調教甜度。裝修風格平實，坐得舒服，不會太迫，另外還有晚市套餐，有二人的都有一人的。套餐價錢比較抵食。
