阿肥今晚開夜班,十點就要出發去中環IFC做嘢,所以就話同我過海走過嚟銅鑼灣食晚飯,眼見佢行嚟行去都諗唔到食乜,漫無目的咁又走到嚟呢條蘭芳道,鋸扒又好似貴咗啲...不如入嚟呢間求其食碗越南湯河就算啦~阿肥一入到嚟就話呢度裝修幾靚,充滿劇院嘅感覺,不過就同啲普通木製嘅枱櫈好似唔多相襯咁,燈光亦都算比較偏暗,有機會可能愈食愈眼瞓睇完哂餐牌,普遍價格都算OK,款式種類都算多,一心諗住食湯河嘅我點餐嘅時候職員話冇哂河粉(?!?!?!)......只可以瀨粉或金邊粉二擇其一。炭燒香茅雞扒湯金邊粉($60蚊):老老實實,冇河粉食真係扣咗唔小分數,最衰嘅就係自己一向唔鍾意食瀨粉無可奈何嘅情況下只好點金邊粉啦...但金邊粉用嚟湯上,確實係有啲咁多奇怪......不過成碗嘢嘅味道又幫忙爭取番唔少分數,充滿香料嘅越南湯底幾夠味道,同傳統做法一樣落咗好多洋蔥同芫茜增添香氣,炭燒香茅雞扒另用碟上係聰明嘅做法,可以保持住雞扒煎香後嘅皮脆口感,愈食愈想食,雞肉滑溜又唔乾身,真係唔錯同埋塊雞扒都算大塊,而我嘅食量都食唔哂,要分兩三舊俾阿肥呢~越式火車頭瀨粉:內有生牛肉+牛腩+牛筋+牛丸+牛柏葉($74蚊):阿肥叫呢碗
