To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日晚上，大約8成滿，基本上靜靜地傾計係任坐冇人趕你！裝修可以啦，牆上的玻璃可能是配合中間橙色少許工業風設計，塗抹了一些橙色漆油，感有點恐怖（橙橙地色有d似血... 好個人感受而已！）食物方面，整體上係唔錯既！蕃茄忌廉肉腸寬麵($148)，很濃味但不會太咸，寬麵煮得彈牙，唔會太淋，醬汁剛剛好，每條麵都包到醬汁，好味！份量有點少，女仔食晒成碟都唔太夠飽！朋友叫了All day breakfast ($138)蜜糖無花果軟芝士蛋糕($78), 用樽上，無花果夠新鮮，有清甜味，蛋糕上亦有無花果果醬，一般的軟芝士餅的芝士味比較輕身，口感似一陣風，這個軟芝士餅的芝士比一般的重，入口比較厚、有質感，芝士味亦比一般濃，配合無花果醬好夾！食物不錯，服務就認真一般啦，我跟朋友沒有叫飲品，就咁要水喉水，waiter 完全唔會留意幫你添水，明明隔離枱叫完添水，添完都唔會望一望其他枱有冇需要，總之你唔叫住佢就唔會理你！另外叫了waiter 幫忙影相，佢叫你等等，等了好一會都仍然冇返黎，都等到冇mood 唔等佢幫手啦！

蕃茄忌廉肉腸寬麵($148)，很濃味但不會太咸，寬麵煮得彈牙，唔會太淋，醬汁剛剛好，每條麵都包到醬汁，好味！份量有點少，女仔食晒成碟都唔太夠飽！朋友叫了All day breakfast ($138)
