呢間冰室上菜好快,由落單到上菜大概十分鐘左右,超乎我預料。因為我點左個支竹火腩鱔煲,通常呢啲都要煮耐啲,我預計都要啲時間先上菜,點知佢一落完單上左個例湯,我飲左一半都唔夠,兩個餸都上晒。個鱔煲好夠味,支竹吸了鱔煲啲汁,非常好食,鱔都好香脆,只係啲火腩有啲「鞋」,比較難咬入口,但整體味道都好唔錯。沙茶醬炒芥蘭好惹味,而且炒得剛好,芥蘭唔過火,仲好青綠爽脆,牛肉亦炒得剛好唔會「韌」但略嫌啲芥蘭葉有啲啲老。

個鱔煲好夠味,支竹吸了鱔煲啲汁,非常好食,鱔都好香脆,只係啲火腩有啲「鞋」,比較難咬入口,但整體味道都好唔錯。

沙茶醬炒芥蘭好惹味,而且炒得剛好,芥蘭唔過火,仲好青綠爽脆,牛肉亦炒得剛好唔會「韌」但略嫌啲芥蘭葉有啲啲老。
