To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔既米線已經食過好多次，已經食到上哂癮，今次終於為佢寫返篇食評讚一讚佢！今次點左酸辣米線，鍾意譚仔既酸辣唔會嗆喉，湯底濃郁，而且酸同辣既比例剛好！最鍾意同fd share呢款過橋米線套餐，份量夠大 ，而且每樣野食都有，可以一次過試哂咁多款，正丫！每次黎都必點既係呢款麻辣皮蛋，皮蛋夠滑味濃，加上少少麻辣既味 ，食完成個口仲留有皮蛋既香味同少少麻既感覺，完全刺激味蕾，一試上癮 ！最後當然唔少得既係好出名既土匪雞翼！雞翼外趣內軟，咬落去勁juice，而且啲黑芝麻味令人齒頰留香，土匪味十足，食兩隻完全唔夠喉！總括黎講譚仔絕對係好味價錢又親民既米線，適合任何時間去食！
