久違了的味道好耐冇去食James kitchen尋日親老友生日就去回味下一試難忘意粉 ~ 黑松露忌廉汁意粉.. 話說10年前開始興食黑松露嘅時候就喺當時中環一間西餐廳第一次食到.. 之後每次同朋友去食佢哋都用一試難忘去形容... James Kitchen就係當時嘅舊員工將鮮味帶到尖沙咀我哋今晚係選擇咗Chef’s Menu嘅.. 除咗有鐵膽..生蠔...牡丹蝦刺身.. 大蟶子.. 其他菜式都係會選用時令嘅食材.. 今日就有頂級加拿大海膽.. 煎帶子配香草忌廉汁..脆焗菠菜芝士盒.. 焗釀大伴巴馬火腿.炭燒頂級肉眼扒...西班牙式脆皮燒乳豬.. 當然仲有壓軸一試難忘意粉... 每一道菜都令大家非常滿意... 甜品拼盤滿足晒所有甜品控$500位 包無限添飲紅白酒.. 唔揀Chef’sMenu 餐廳都有供應set dinner
