To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係澳海城睇戲, 所以就決定係到食埋個晚飯先, 好耐無食過元氣壽司啦, 嘩.......不過好多人等位呀, 但真係好耐無食, 哈哈.....點知一等就等左半個鐘, 好彩仲未夠鐘睇戲. 哈哈, 一坐底就緊係快D點野食啦, 等左咁耐真係好鬼肚餓.先黎個日式燉蛋$18, 黎到真係唔可以唔食LOW, 真係好鬼滑, 我覺得比以前多料左再黎個鵝肝壽司$22, 嘩....入口即溶呀, 真係好鬼正之後仲叫左蒲燒鰻魚壽司$10, 再加埋佢個鰻魚汁, 正. 仲有炸軟殼蟹芝士卷$22, 三文魚腩, 三文魚, 燒三文魚壽司, 哈哈....呢D必食啦.呢2款都係海膽類, 海膽軍艦$22, 勁鮮甜, 好新鮮. 仲有另外呢款就係海膽墨魚軍艦$16.呢個係波士頓卷$18, 勁香芝士味.而呢個都係必食既元氣卷$22.炙燒親子三文魚$16, 再加埋D羅白蓉, 口感更清新.呢個炸蝦卷都係必食, 雖然無咩特別, 但D蝦啱啱炸起, 熱辣辣好好食.最後又點少得吞拿魚壽司呢$18
