味道：呢間台灣麵店食過好多次，味道水準都好穩定。麵條較幼，好掛湯。牛肉量多、大大件，淋而唔散，好入味。

藥膳花彫雞絲湯麵
[紅棗茶 $62
藥膳雞湯可能係我食慣咗盈記，覺得呢度嘅湯底較苦，麵上面啲藥材，食中咗就更苦。
雞絲份量唔少，但本身無咩味，而且肉質比較鞋。 好彩有個紅棗茶平常一下。
